As we are located at the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, it tends to be a few degrees cooler than in Denver. It is also usually a good idea to plan for the unexpected as weather patterns tend to change quickly. If it rains, the park will re-open once the storm has passed as the rain usually does not last long. The Park will close during heavy rain or thunderstorms.
Sorry, there are no refunds. Rain usually does not last long and our staff are trained to dry the equipment in an efficient manner. Tickets are good until the year 2039! We do give rain checks for those with wristbands, provided we do not reopen the same day.
